West Side Travel Ltd was founded to close a gap we saw across Ghana: too many applicants preparing travel documents for UK, European, US and Canadian journeys were navigating the process alone, relying on rumour and unverified agents, or paying for services that promised outcomes no agency can guarantee.
We built West Side Travel as a registered Ghanaian company offering transparent, document-led facilitation support — for individuals building a future abroad, for businesses moving talent across borders, and for corporate organisations coordinating group travel.
Our mission is to give every client — whatever their background or budget — a fair, well-prepared chance at their application, backed by accurate, up-to-date requirements for each destination country.
We measure our success not by promises made, but by the quality and completeness of every case file we help prepare.
We explain exactly what is required, what is realistic, and what is outside our control — including the final decision, which always rests with the destination country's authorities.
